I am an independent French lawyer practicing litigation and alternative disputes resolution on behalf of private individuals and families. For legal services other than litigation, such as tax and corporate law, I have trusted colleagues to whom I direct my clients.
My practice focuses mainly on international litigation, real property litigation (conveyance, construction, tenancy and easements issues) and on family law issues (divorce and separation, property division and financial support, child custody and maintenance). I have got a PhD in Private International Law, so I am probably the only lawyer in La Rochelle France and one of the rare lawyers in whole Western France able to deal skilfully with Private International Law issues.
I have rights of audience before all French court, except the Court of cassation, but for courts outside my appellate circuit I might need a local proxy (I can have a proxy attorney wherever you want me to plead your case).
